Decadent Chocolate-Chip Cookie Pie

Super Chocolate-Chip Cookie Pie

Combine the richness of brown sugar with the decadence of chocolate and you get desert that is perfectly crisp on the edges and lusciously moist and gooey on the inside.

 Difficulty: Easy * Preparation Time: 10 Min * Cook Time: 25-35 Min * Makes: (1) 6″ pie


1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips (you can substitute milk or dark chocolate)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cream of tartar.

Fold in sifted flour.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Pour into a well greased 6-inch pie pan.

Bake approx. 25-35 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out nearly clean.
