Who says that breakfast, brunch or a midday snack can’t be elegant and easy? This Fancy Fruit Parfait is both! Serve in your nicest crystal goblet, champagne flute, or margarita glass and you turn the healthy and delicious into the spectacular. It is the only way I eat yogurt anymore!
Recipe: Fancy Fruit Parfait
1/4 Cup Granola
1/4 Cup Fresh or Frozen (Thawed) Fruit
1/2 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
1/4 Teaspoon Sugar (optional)
Fill the bottom on your glass with fruit, being careful not to smear the inside of the glass. If the fruit is a little bitter for your taste sprinkle with a bit of sugar. Add the yogurt and top with granola crumbs. Serve.
